I had an excellent experience with JK Design & Build for renovation, remodelling and extension of my home, a 5000 square foot house in Northwood, in N.W London. The project involved complete redecoration, structural remodelling, rear extension, several new bathrooms, large kitchen/family room, along with full electrical rewiring & A.V and new plumbing installation throughout. There was full transparency from the outset and day-to-day open communication throughout the project with Jakub and his foreman. Any minor challenges were addressed promptly and fairly, and this even continued post-completion with 'after-care'. The management of the project was very smooth to ensure timely deliveries from suppliers, coordination with the architect and any additional work from external specialists (e.g. window supplier). The quality of the workmanship was exceptional from all the team members, who were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The foreman in particular ensured attention to detail and provided ideas and suggestions for any improvements from the original spec. The project ran on time and within budget, and Jakub was always pragmatic and fair for any extra items or changes. Ultimately, they helped to create a beautiful home which respected the setting and original features, whilst modernising it tastefully and with the latest technologies. If you are looking for a high-end, reliable builder in London, we cannot recommend JK Design & Build enough. We contracted them for an extensive property renovation in North London, which included gutting the property, ground floor extension, new flooring, air conditioning, new kitchen, modern bathrooms, and full electrical, plumbing and decorative overhauls. In addition, they helped create an incredible outdoor space for us with an outdoor barbecue/kitchen area and covered patio and dining space. Their pricing was very competitive and the level of craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail were clear in every single room. No task was ever too much and they always took the time to explain our options and listen to our ideas. Operationally, they were fantastic. The team maintained a consistent daily presence, ensuring the project stayed strictly on schedule. Having one site manager made day-to-day coordination effortless. They delivered a home we absolutely love and we couldn’t recommend them enough.

If I could give JK Build & Design more than five stars, I absolutely would! They built my brand-new house in Hampstead completely from the ground up, and from the very first day through to completion, they were exceptional, and I don't say this lightly. From the very beginning when gathering estimations from various candidates for a full house refurb, JK Design & Build stood out as professional and prepared. Members responsible from each area of expertise (electrics, plumbing, structural, finishing / decorating etc) visited to provide estimates for their portion of the work with the project manager explaining the time frames involved. As with all large projects, surprises are bound to come up and each time that happened, there was good communication to decide a course of action. The attention to detail from beginning to end, the overall project management and the pride in which the finishing was completed were all excellent. No project is every easy - but JK Design & Build made it as painless as possible. The entire team was professional and easy to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.
