Kudos was excellent. Clear on priorities and issues. Proactively contributed to the project with value adding suggestions. Never over promising, they consistently delivered on time. While not cheap, definitely worth the money. I will definitely work with them again.

Used mark as project manager on a complete strip out and rebuild of an industrial style flat, stripped right back to a bare concrete shell. He's highly knowledgeable, a calming influence on everyone involved and took the build in his stride. He kept the ship sailing and we finished on time and on budget despite tricky leaseholder restrictions, and problems uncovered on the way. I'd highly recommend Mark and Vytech and his crew again.

Kudos Design and Build transformed a part of our garden by digging out an old chicken run, digging out the stump of a fir tree and laying a sandstone patio. They did a very thorough job, laying a concrete sub base before laying the slabs. The boys worked extremely hard to finish the job in 3 days. The job was actually carried out 2 years ago and it is still perfect. I have no reservations in recommending them as a building company. Project manager Mark was very helpful, making suggestions as to type of slab used and likely timeframe.

Mark and his team were highly professional and knowledgeable all the way through our project. Quality and detail is one of their main priorities, as they know how the small details can impact the overall finish and look of the work being carried out. We had heard scary stories from friends using builders that were not up to the task. With Kudos, the project was fully under control, well managed from start to finish, and delivered on time and on budget.

Mark, Mariusz and team did a brilliant job on our house renovation project during 2018, and in all follow up work completed since then. We had used Kudos previously on a flat renovation, and have always been impressed with the quality of their workmanship, their attention to detail and obvious pride they take in their work. The complete renovation on our home took 11 months and came in on time and within budget (we went over budget but had to completely redo the roof which wasn’t in the original forecast). The Kudos team worked in conjunction with our interior design team, who have since used Kudos on other jobs, demonstrating how happy they are with the work completed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Kudos team for any renovation work required.

We were delighted with the work Kudos Design & Build did for us. It was a large project and at times we were quite intimated by the scale of it but the team was very reassuring in their professionalism. They advised us well, ensuring we spent money where necessary and economised where possible.
