We used Lukasz and his team for a small project initially (plastering one room and some decorating), they did such a great job that we had them back for our kitchen and lounge renovation, including sound insulation, new flooring, plastering of walls and ceilings, decorating, fitting and painting the kitchen and all of the appliances and doors. They are very respectful of our space, they solved problems without stessing us out, communication was excellent throughout, but most importantly they are very good at what they do and pay attention to every detail. We would highly recommend them.

Lukasz and his team have done a fantastic job for us, carrying out a complete refurbishment of a basement, remodelling a bedroom, installing and tiling two bathrooms, plus external wall repair & garden patio tiling and drainage. The work was completed exactly on time and to budget, with the house kept as clean and tidy as was possible. The quote was competitive and any required add-ons were always discussed and agreed well in advance. Workers turned up exactly on time every morning. Lukasz was very good at communicating progress and also taking on extra tasks as they were needed. He is a very calm, very professional person who was even happy to come back after the job was completed and fix a new bathroom light, just because he wanted the job to feel complete. I have no qualms in highly recommending L&L.

I had a amazing experience with Lukas. I hired the company to install my laminate flooring and the result couldn't be better. It's really high stantard service and he helped me with a lot other small things. Loved the job and definitely recommend.

Lukas has worked for me over the last 4-5 years on several refurbishment and extension projects. On each occasion he has performed with a professional attitude and completed on time and wihin budget. Lukas is a competent and honest contractor. He has deep knowledge of all the property maintenance aspects from damp to roofing. He takes pride in his works and always aims to deliver the best result. I particularly like the fact that he makes suggestions to improve the project and he can work unsupervised without cutting corners. There are cheaper contractors out there, but you get what you pay for.

L & L have done 3 major refurbishment projects for us recently and we are impressed by all of them. The workmanship, technical knowledge, attention to detail, willingness to consider modifications/changes and sheer energy of the team have been remarkable, the standard of the works having increased the appeal and value of the properties, completely justifying the expense.

I have used the team on two projects; one to modify the ground floor of my house to make a large open plan kitchen - living room, the other was to build my garage, they were always friendly. The schedule of work for both projects were developed to be flexible, fitting around other work that needed to be completed. There was good consultation to finishes eg facia and gutters etc on the garage project. The finish standard, whether it’s internal or external was excellent. I would have no issues in recommending them, as I would use them again

Lukasz and his team completed our project in Feb 2019, a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Dulwich. The team were professional and highly capable, the end product was fantastic. As with all projects of this scale we uncovered unexpected things but Lukasz provided pragmatic guidance throughout which allowed us to navigate a sensible path through these challenges. The quality of work was excellent and we had a strong level of communication during the project.
