This is our third project with John. Always excellent customer service. John always ensures that every detail is taken care of and that the work is done in a timely manner from measurement and quote to installation. He offers excellent quality of product and services. The teams are always effective, polite and excellent at what they do. We had cupboards with sliding doors fitted in our sons bedroom. Very happy with everything. Looks amazing!

John was brilliant, he came round regularly to check progress with the work and we always knew what was happening next. His workforce has the upmost respect for him which is great to see. It was an excellent idea to have our kitchen refurbished by LRS. The work was carried out smoothly and efficiently from the beginning to the end. The team work was amazing. John was helpful, working with professionalism ,listening to our needs and always communicating promptly when necessary. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. We can highly recommend LRS and we will not hesitate to contact them for future works.

A kitchen refurbishment was completed to our complete satisfaction. The project was was completed to an excellent finish and the team were clean and tidy and affable and a pleasure to work with.

I rarely bother reviewing services like this, most trades companies leave me at best underwhelmed; John and London Refurbishment Service are the exception. In March/April 2023, John and his team undertook a major overhaul of my entire, open plan, downstairs space. From removing the chimney breast, laying new wood floor throughout and fitting a new bespoke, German kitchen. From day 1, the service was exemplary. The quote and preparations were comprehensive and meticulous; the preparation stage - ensuring the mayhem about to ensue would be contained and not unsettle the rest of the house too much - was fulsome. John's team were throughout, polite, friendly and always left the house as clean and tidy as they could. It's the first time I have felt compelled, mid-build, to compliment John and his team on their standards. Ultimately, and the final true test, I am delighted with the quality of the final build. The attention to detail these guys employ is incredible. John is a perfectionist and was on-site regularly to make sure everything was up to his high standards. I can not recommend this team highly enough and am already considering employing them for further work in the house. Easily Five Stars.

Would highly recommend John and his team. Super friendly and helpful with nothing too much trouble. They did a great job, working in difficult conditions and on a tight timetable even accommodating last minute changes in requirements.

We are just so pleased and impressed by the quality of work we've had done by London Refurbishment Service. Removal of the old kitchen and installation of a new one was done on time, to cost with disruption and mess kept to a minimum - would highly recommend. From the initial meeting with John, it was quite clear we were dealing with a company of professional workmen who really make an effort to deliver results to the highest quality standards. From the tilers, to the kitchen fitter, plasterer, electricians - all were really skilled at what they do. One of the things that impressed me most was that many of the staff had worked with John for a long time (10+ years)- it's obviously a company that looks after its own.

Outstanding service! The advice received as to the remedial work required was excellent throughout. The subsequent repair work and redecoration could not have been bettered. The staff involved were thoroughly professional as well as exceptionally conscientious and courteous. Mess was kept to a minimum and clearing-up afterwards was excellent. Minor snagging at the end was completed promptly with little fuss. Altogether, very highly recommended.

LRS built a garden room for us. Excellent service, responsive and top quality build. John's supervision of the project was perfect and his staff professional, discreet and qualified. The finished product looks amazing. I can only praise their professionalism and highly recommend LRS to anyone.

I used London Refurbishment to replace a staircase with storage underneath. They were quick, efficient, clean and tidy. And the finished job was great. Definitely recommended. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was that they were a bit more expensive than I would have expected. But then again maybe that is just paying for quality.

Excellent service and workmanship - various trades employed were perfectionists, did a good job and very cooperative and pleasant. Very little to complain about. I would recommend them to anybody - good value for money.
