Barry did an excellent job on our kitchen extension - I definitely recommend him. He was extremely knowledgeable and his team worked extremely hard delivering a great job which has no issues since it was completed. Barry was very easy to deal with and I have used him again in other pieces of work.

Metos Design and Build managed and built our Loft Extension as well as 3years later a garage re-development into office space, garden shed and storage. They did an incredible job from beginning to end- Barry and his team are hard- working, honest, and very easy to work with.You get thoughtful and experienced advice and years of expertise in every project. I can’t recommend them more highly.

Barry and team completed a project for us which involved the demolition of an existing kitchen with a side return which was replaced with a full width rear extension comprising new kitchen and a downstairs cloakroom. Additionally, the whole house underwent a back to brick renovation, including re-plastering and new electrics and plumbing throughout. The extension was not a straightforward job as the plot was on an angle, which meant no two walls were straight, but Barry and his team accepted the challenge, offering clever solutions which resulted in a fantastic end result which we were thrilled with. Overall, it was a pleasure working with a personable, friendly and highly professional team, who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Trendy Spaces completed a loft conversion for us last year. Through out the process they were excellent - both in terms of consulting with us about how we wanted things and also the execution of the project. The Project Manager was exemplary - always available and pro-active and the team carrying out the work were hard working, diligent, considerate and clearly knew their stuff. I would have no qualms about recommending them (infact they have since done some bits and pieces for us - so we put our money where our recommendation is).
