My Eco Space has been a joy to work with from start to finish. We contacted them to deliver our client's large bespoke Garden Gym featuring 3 different spaces internally, bifold doors centrally, French doors on either side, light grey cladding externally and an elegant patio at the front. The professionalism, clear communication and technical knowledge was excellent. The process was clear from beginning to end. We had a 7m x 4.5m gym built at the top of our garden towards the end of 2021. Investments like this are significant and naturally you want it to be just right. I rarely write reviews because I expect a good service, but in this case My Eco Space has exceeded expectations and created a truly outstanding outdoor gym. We had a bespoke gym and 2 offices built at the bottom of the garden. Kevin, the CEO was involved with the project from the start and ensured the whole project management was executed smoothly with our needs in mind at all time. After first Covid lockdown I decided to have my own gym / garden office / summer house to minimise impact from worldwide-spread infection. There are quite a few online sites offering pre-assembled products whereas I wanted something bespoke which would naturally fit into our garden. Kevin from My Eco Space offered me service exactly what I was looking for: I supplied him a detailed 3D sketch of what I want and he came back to me with detailed engineering project plan including time and cost. All my queries have been dealt in a very efficient and professional way. Once final design was finalised and timeline and cost agreed it was then essentially a trouble free journey starting from signing the paperwork to getting the keys. What impressed me most is level of transparency and communication - I always felt that I am an important customer and that created a "feel-good factor". The project finished within two weeks window of the planned timeline and there was no additional cost incurred. The built quality is excellent and I highly recommend My Eco Space folks (for their professionalism, skills and communication level).
