Terrible experience. AVOID using this company under all circumstances. They are not reliable if you are planning any project. Ordered a custom made concrete basin, arrived 1 month late after numerous attempts to chase. The sink arrived damaged as it wasn’t wrapped properly. Mounting brackets and wooden trays didn’t arrive as promised. Sink is unusable without the brackets. They ignore all the messages and calls. After several attempts to recover my payment, they continue to retain it in full.
