About Us

At New Revival, we offer a total construction solution, from inception to completion and beyond. If you are looking to refurbish your home or build a new one, we have the experience and expertise to help you. Our specialism is in high-end residential projects and we were proud to recently partner with interior designer Kelly Hoppen MBE and CGroup Developments to create 132 beautiful and distinctive residential apartments from a previously-disused office space. Project Management We manage your home renovation or build project through all the various stages: from the first feasibility appraisal, right the way through the design, planning, execution and handover. Our role is to seamlessly ensure all these tasks are all completed on time, providing you - the client - with an simple and stress-free experience. Interior and Space Planning Advice Attention to detail and exceptional customer service are at the heart of what we do. We always engage our skills on interior design finishes, design detail and space planning, to ensure that your resulting home been given every opportunity for exploring design concepts and optimal use of space.

Quite simply, New Revival have been fantastic. Before they joined the project the building work and communication had been a nightmare however things improved significantly as soon as they came on board. Having now been in contact with a number of New Revivals staff for over 6 months I am hugely confident that previous building issues have been sorted and my flat is now built to high specification. They have made the process of buying a new build so much easier. They have answered my many emails/calls almost immediately and always try to find a solution to any question I have. The responses are always personable and friendly whilst still eluding knowledge and professionalism. They without a doubt go above and beyond too to ensure the property is of a high standard and slightly more suited to my individual needs. I hope I don't move again for a while but if/when I do I would be at ease knowing that New Revival were involved.

Chris and his team have built me a beautiful flat. They've gone out of their way to help me customise it with little finishing touches. The attention to detail is perfect. Their customer service is exceptional and their communication is responsive and personable. They've been very patient with me. My development was delayed but I hold the 'prime developer' accountable for that. That aside I'd have no hesitation recommending Chris, his business and his team.

A well-designed apartment fitted with quality fixtures and fittings. Chris and the team are professional and customer focused and closed out snagging items quickly and without making a fuss. Chris and his team are approachable which makes you feel that they care about the customer and the quality of the project. When a water tank seal failure was discovered in a few of the flats they were proactive in eliminating the risk of this happening in other units by quickly replacing the same seal in all the flats. A weekly newsletter keeps owners up to date with the progress being made to complete the development. This communication is vital to explain when and why plans slip, so that owners and tenants are in a better position to appreciate and understand the reasons for delays and disruptions.
