In the words of Tina Turner, Simply The Best! If you ever get the chance to work with Nicola then you are truly blessed. We were fortunate enough to renovate the upstairs of a 5 bedroom house together, having come late to the project, she picked it up and carried it to military completion. My favourite is still the time she called the builder out for ‘having a snivel’...needless to say he recovered very quickly and was back to work 8am Monday morning. I am still unsure as to her best attribute, it’s between her sense of design and sense of humour. She brings both a detail and energy to a project that is rare to find and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone that asks.

'I don't need the help of an Interior Designer', 'It's too expensive to have the services of an Interior Designer', 'I know what I like and what I don't like', 'How hard can it be selecting colours, styles and themes for our new house'? Just some of the reasons I thought I did not need help. Well, I could not have been more wrong!!! I enlisted the help of Nicola as I was struggling to find the time to answer all the questions that were being thrown at me from the onsite trades during our build, as well as running my business. 'What doors are you having', 'what skirting style', 'what colour', 'where is this going' and the questions just kept coming. Nicola and I had our first meeting and from that moment on I realised I was in safe hands. She had access to hundreds of suppliers, many of which you can't find on the internet as they are Trade only. She always negotiated the best price possible on our behalf which meant overall her fees were actually more than affordable. Nicola is super organised and at every meeting had samples to hand so we could discuss new additions to the theme. And, because Nicola has excellent relationships with her Trades and suppliers, she is able to 'pull a few strings' when timescales are stretched. I cannot put into words the relief of having someone take charge of this area and all you have to do is select from her carefully chosen options. Nicola puts the time and effort in so you don't have to. Thank you Nicola, I'm sold!

Nicola is brilliant from start to finish. When we embarked on a full overhaul of our bungalow it became apparent quite early on that you don’t know what you don’t know! Thankfully Nicola does know! She helped with the architectural and structural design, building control and project management of our renovation project. She also helped source suppliers and provide general advise along the way. She is very professional, supportive, friendly and brings a little much needed humour to a building project! Great to work with highly recommend.

At the start of the project, I had a fairly clear idea of what I wanted to achieve and the ultimate outcome. Nicola was a wonderful sounding board & came with a wealth of experience and an abundance of fresh ideas, pushing my boundaries. We have completed a successful project with Nicola's guidance, delivering the perfect home within budget, which is the best outcome we could have hoped for. We would thoroughly recommend working with Nicola as it is the finer detail & finish that count!

Nicola is extremely responsive and efficient. She understands our needs very well and hence the viewing she organized for us was very thoughtful and efficient. It is very comforting for someone who lives outside of UK to have trustworthy partner.

We simply could not have completed our renovation project without Nicola and Rick. With both my husband and I working full time, Nicola and Rick made sure at every detail was looked after with minimal input needed from ourselves, typically a one hour meeting once a week. From redesigning the project to bring the builders cost within our budget to support choosing windows, doors and floors, we would highly recommend Nicola to anyone who is considering doing anything similar!

Our house and furniture were outdated, and our windows/doors/garage doors/heating & plumbing systems needed replacing. In addition, the layout of the house was not conducive to our family lifestyle. Nicola sourced excellent builders and project managed the entire process, which was completed within the agreed timeframe. We would not have had the time, experience/knowledge and vision to produce the home we are now very proud of. A big thank you to Nicola. Very professional. Highly recommended!

From our first day on site Nicola was a pleasure to work along side,her professionalism and eye for detail where second to none, also her knowledge of all trades makes her the perfect candidate to run jobs smoothly from start to finish. Dear Sir I heard about Nicola Scannell and contacted her to refurbish my flat in Kensington. I can recommend her highly I found Nicola to be very efficient . She gave me ideas but listened to what I wanted also . Everything was done without time being wasted . Her pricing was very good and before purchasing any item she checked with me. We asked Nicola to provide a full service for the redecoration of a large part of our house. She delivered great ideas and a full detailed quote for the agreed works. At all times, Nicola worked with us to ensure the right design elements were included and provided a very efficient design using high quality materials and services. Sadly due to a change in personal circumstances we have not been able to move ahead with this project to fulfilment, but we would highly recommend talking to Nicola for any large project.

I have collaborated on several projects with Two Bees, and every one of them has been a joy to be involved with from start to finish.
