Decided to have our loft conversion and rear house extension design and build by Nuhous. Me and my other half kept seeing Nuhous projects around Barnet area and decided to call them for a quote. Alexander has come around and answered all of our questions and reassured us that he would make sure we would get the best service start to finish. Within 4 weeks work started first with loft conversion and than with the rear house extension including open plan kitchen dinner. They builders were very clean and tidy and cleaned up every evening before they left. I must admit they worked very hard and they took pride in their work for which reflected on the quality work delivery. We are over the moon with our house, Nuhous has done an amazing job. We would highly recommend Alexander and the rest of Nuhous team and are really happy that we choose them to build our house. Our neighbours have now used their services too for their loft conversion and house extension projects and are very happy too.

We used Nuhous for our project of total house refurbishment, remodeling, house extension including rear, side and front, loft conversion and outdoors. We choose their design and build package. Alexander has attended our project and right away has given us many ideas and budgets for the build. After we decided to use Nuhous for our project their architect started a site survey to come up with few schemes for our project. Couple weeks after we had few designs and we choose one that we really liked. Alexander was really on the ball with all the consulting and building side, the planning aspect has run smoothly. After all the consulting, Alexander has started to build and let me tell you him and his team of builders, carpenters, plumbers and electricians have done fantastic job from groundwork, bricklaying, roofing, internal kitchen and bathrooms, plastering everything done perfectly, all the building control certificates and gas safe and electricians certificates received, as well as premier waranty for the build. We've recently completed a large house remodeling including side two storey and rear part two part single storey house extension with exsiting house refurbishment with front and rear garden redesign. Having gone out to the market for 3 quotes Nuhous came back with the only detailed quote. The price was not high not low just right but most importantly it was most comprehensive which other builders missed out to price key elements. From day one Nuhous was on the ball with the work. Always inforemed, they are there everyday working very hard to meet deadlines, quality work received from foundations to brickwork to roofing and interiors such as kitchens, bathrooms, stairs all of it they done a beautiful job. The regulations are all passed with certificates in gas and electricity. We have hosted a moving party, our friends and family have complemented the build and its quality internaly and externally many of my friends now use Nuhous for their projects and I highly recommend Nuhous to anyone undertaking house extensions or loft conversions of any size including design and build.

We wanted to wait for some time before leaving the review for the services of design and build with Nuhous. Since the completion of the project we have not had any issues that we experienced with the build and have been enjoying every bit of the new build areas. The project was completed 6 months ago which included a new large extension, internal structural remodelling to create open spaces, new bathrooms, kitchens and exterior spaces you could say it was more of the new build as most of the house and the roof has been demolished and than built new. The design side was very professional and guidance from Nuhous really helped understand all the stages and how to prepare for the construction of the actual build but they made it easy for us even though it is complex with all the drawings, council policies, structural drawings and party wall agreements. On the construction side they really worked hard and made it happen we did put a pressure on them they managed it well and listened to all of our concerns, fixed any issues right away. They are skilled, experienced and trustworthy construction company. We would more than recommend them.

Built loft conversion to high standard, we had drawings ready, Nuhous has done the construction side. Me and family are happy with The quality of the build. The loft conversion took 5 weeks to complete and finish. Nuhous trades are skilled and know what they are doing. They was on site everyday which was nice to know and see work is being done. We would recommend and we actually will get them to design and build the rear extension too.

Wraparound extension and new bathroom. We choosen the design and build option. Happy to say Nuhous has succeeded in completely finishing our extension. Their team has been helpful at all times, builders are skilled/friendly, any alterations was resolved right away, architects are very knowledgeable and have the influence in the area was happy with the designs. I am planning to have more projects started and will definitely get Nuhous to do them. My wife and I would recommend them.
