We employed Simon with the clear brief of designing a contemporary and eye-catching infill extension and kitchen. Unfortunately, what we got was a very expensive and uninspiring planning application. Despite this, we want to leave an objective review and feel that the best way to do this is to attach copies of the plans Simon has done for us and explain that for these, and submitting a very standard planning application, we have been charged £2,268 (not including planning application fee). In our opinion, this falls well short of the concept design package Simon promised at the start of the process and certainly does not warrant the hefty price tag. If this was the basic service we were after we could have achieved this for £500 (plus planning application fee). We employed Simon hoping he would have a big input into design. We have tried to explain to Simon why we feel let down and have found him to be very defensive and at times extremely patronising. We would not recommend Simon.

Really fantastic service from the beginning to the end, really thorough and made any changes we requested to the plans. We received a 3-D visual as well so we could really see what the extension will look like, such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and use Oasys again thank you!

We worked with Simon on a total renovation and extension project for our detached house in a residential estate (in a market town in Gloucestershire). We wanted to create something striking, to stand out and to revitalise an ageing, tired and out-of-date property and to give our growing family a home to really enjoy. We are now in our fantastic new home and thrilled with the space and look of our property. If we ever decide to do a similar project again, Simon will be our first phone call!

Simon worked with us to create a fantastic design for an extension to a property we were buying. He met with us several times to understand our needs and ideas, and suggested alternatives and showed examples of what he had in mind. His design maximized the available space and focused on getting light into the areas that we would be using the most, and really helped us visualize what we could do with the space. The plan was for him to work with us to provide bespoke advice, project management and contractor recommendations to bring his design to life. Unfortunately the sale fell through so we were not able to move ahead with the project, but he has since been round to talk through plans for our new property with us!

Simon provided advice and a planning service for my extension and internal remodel and also guided me through the various applications and permissions needed. He recommended contractors and was always available for advice and information, he went above and beyond what was expected and provided an all round service.

Friendly helpful service from Simon at Oasys. I was having an old lean-to kitchen demolished and rebuilt on a bigger footprint. Oasys managed the design and there were some well thought through options provided at an early stage and then flexibility to work around my own preferences. I'm really happy with the design features of the new extension which maximises light and space and looks really good.

Simon was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of building a side return kitchen extension to our house in Bristol. He designed the layout of the new kitchen and then coordinated with builders, electricians, plumbers etc to ensure that the work was finished to a high standard.
