Patricia Cox Design project managed my recent home renovation. Patricia was super efficient, professional and trustworthy. She suggested good ideas and enabled easy decision making. I would recommend her to anyone.

For in excess of 30 years I have worked with Patricia on countless projects. I have always found her to be utterly professional in her approach and thoroughly meticulous even with the smallest of details. She has an unerring eye for colour and the ability to interpret a client's thoughts with ease. Parricia is also a delight to work with.

Patricia Cox was great to work alongside. She was professional, organised and on top of all aspects of the project throughout the works. Our regular project meetings were concise and thorough and followed a well laid out agenda. Patricia was always mindful of budget and balanced that well with the needs of the project and was an important liaison between the client and ourselves as the principal contractor. She was a pleasure to work with and was a credit to the client whilst acting as their agent for these works.

Patricia and her team were extremely efficient. I bought a flat in no state to live in and within 3 months of engaging their services it was ready to go. They came up with solutions not problems and guided me through the building work (which I previously had no clue about). They even, very generously, sorted the problems caused by working on my floor to the flat below mine. Patricia was extremely enthusiastic and maintained the energy and drive required for a large renovation throughout.

I asked Patricia to project manage the refurbishment of a one bedroom flat in central London. I found Patricia to be knowledgeable with all the trade contacts that are needed. I am pleased with the overall transformation and plan to undertake similar work again in the future.

I commissioned Patricia Cox design to upgrade a principal bedroom in my heritage Norfolk farmhouse. She commissioned a local builder to insulate the cold walls exposed to the Norfolk chilly coastal winds, reinstated heritage features including picture rails, fireplace and lighting. Designs were based on heritage paint and beautiful Colefax curtains were repurposed. She sourced new coordinated Colefax fabric for roller blinds delivering a contemporary finish paired with a heritage backdrop for all generations to enjoy, delivering all within time and budget. I highly recommend her and find her to be creative, reliable, trustworthy, completely transparent and a pleasure to work with. I am planning renovation of another bedroom and look forward to working with her again.

Patricia did a great job and I was so happy with the repairs and renovation of my bathroom. I would definitely recommend her company to anyone, she is very professional and doesn't cut corners.

My husband and I recently bought a house to renovate but with no previous home development experience so we approached Patricia to help us with the process. Initially Patricia joined us for a site survey, which was really useful as she had a lot of ideas to bring to the table as well as practical points which we had overlooked. After the survey we sat down to agree the scope of works, budget and interior design. Patricia then sent us a presentation of her vision for the home, which perfectly captured our taste. We were on a tight timeline as we were expecting a baby in a few months, this was no problem for Patricia as she has a flexible and professional workforce to call upon. Within a matter of days the renovations were underway and 6 weeks later the works were complete. We were kept informed throughout with any decisions we needed to make, but Patricia liaised directly with the contractors which took a lot of stress and work away from us. Patricia also kept us regularly updated with a gantt chart which included contact details for each contractor and details of when they would be working on site, estimates and a payment schedule. This allowed us to plan our finances accordingly and ensured we didn’t go over budget. Patricia was always just a phone call away if we had any questions and we found her expertise were invaluable. She made our renovation an enjoyable and smooth process, even within a very tight deadline. We would not hesitate to use Patricia Cox Design again and would recommend to anyone.

Patricia has done a huge variety of work for us - new terrace, curtains, general upgrade of our flat and has always been a wonderful source of ideas and advice. She is utterly reliable and has a fantastic team.
