Placebell have been doing work for my family for years, and now, on my recommendation, for my landlord in my rented accommodation, for a further 4-5 years now. It’s a small team of workmen in a range of specialisms. They’re professional, courteous and reliable. All the workmen are very polite and the quality of the work is of the highest standard. There are cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for - a job well done and with excellent communication and aftercare, essentially a top-of-the-range service that you can trust.

We hired Placebell Ltd to carry out a full house refurbishment for us, in Beckenham after tendering a number of companies. Whilst respectful to our budget, Martin, Seb and his team of contractors had the innovative ideas we were looking for, and most importantly they adapted to our (often) changing requirements / specifications. Work carried out was a full electrical re-wiring, and consumer unit, new plumbing and updating gas boiler with a combi boiler.. relocating it from the kitchen to the garage. New plastering, and decorating throughout. Repair of front porch and garage roof, including timber , cement repairs and replacing felt roof to new rubberised material. Most importantly , and the main reason for us hiring them, was the kitchen/ diner and living room refurbishment. Wall knocked down, steel beam total layout change of kitchen / diner.. and full kit out and refurb. Including microment floor in kitchen/ diner and downstairs wc.. and restoring Parquet flooring in the hallway and living room. Also new Windows , bi-fold doors, and bespoke front door, as well as redecorating , plastering and refurbishment of upstairs bedrooms. All this they managed to complete on schedule, with us (and the dog) living in the house at the same time. A highly professional company, all the contractors have a loyal long standing relationship with Placebell , and their attention to detail was superb. We have no hesitation in recommending Martin, Seb and their team to anyone needing building work carried out.. structural or decorative. They turned a daunting prospect for us into a highly enjoyable experience, and visitors to our home are blown away by the standard of the work carried out.

Really really really great team that have very efficiently done lots of amazing work to our house, from redecorating to fixing just about anything. Would highly recommend!
