Rafix Building

We used Rafix to change our dated, upstairs bathroom into a walk in wet room. The job included stripping out and desposing of, existing bathroom suite, plaster board etc. We wanted all four walls & floor tiled, underfoot heating installed, a level shower area with suitable waste, (Not a tray) and a large shower screen plus vanity unit and WC. Rafal was very helpful with deciding what the eventual lay out should be and where we should source the fixtures and fittings. He advised and was happy that we provided most of this, the shower, WC, radiators, spotlights etc. We had already decided on, not cheap, tiles 600x300 so it had to be done right. I was very impressed with the way Rafal and his workmates set about the job. They worked long days and took great care to minimise the mess always tidying up before leaving. We were also confident leaving Rafal and his workmates alone in the house, my wife was working and I was out much of the time. We asked for additions to the original scheme ie. an extra heated towel rad and a large fitted mirror as well as built in pockets in the shower wall for soap & shampoo etc. Again Rafal was happy to advise and then get on with it. Of course this added to the original estimated price but we expected that. The job was completed in good time as per schedule with the minimum of disruption considering the amount of work. We are delighted with our new wet room, the all round finish of which is of a very high standard. The final price, with all our additional extras, we thought was very reasonable and we would be more than happy to use Rafal and Rafix Building again.
