Paul managed my bathroom renewal and I can’t speak highly enough of his support. He organised everything, including getting great tradesmen on the job, aligning timelines, ordering the goods and removing the rubbish. I really didn’t have to do anything but staying out of the way and everything was very reasonably priced too. He’ll be my first port of call for the next works in my house and can strongly recommend his services

Rachel was amazing to work with. We had an idea of what we wanted to achieve, and Rachel made it possible. She understood our style, goals and budget. She gave us confidence in the choices that we were making and made multiple improvements, suggestion and ideas on both a broad scale and closer detail. It gave us confidence to spend in certain area and also avoid making costly mistakes. Rachel provided options and products that we would never have thought of or found ourselves. I moved in a new house and needed someone to help me redecorate some rooms. I only had a rough idea about what I wanted and Rachel brought up very nice suggestions, and I am very please with the final results. My wife and I recently renovated our flat with Raylian's design and build team and cannot recommend them enough. From our first meeting with Paul and Nick, we could feel the right energy was there and decided to use them for our project. Every step of the project was handled with perfect professionalism, and crystal clear communication. We worked on many elements during the renovation including a renovated guest bathroom, new flooring + carpeting, wall opening + new worktop in our kitchen, light fixture installation + electrical work, painting of the walls, etc. Every item completed was delivered to a high standard and we could not be happier with the end result in our new home. Most importantly both Paul and Nick were always available to answer any questions, offer their advice and handled queries efficiently and effectively. You're in good hands working with Raylian.

Raylian were employed to project manage and carry out works for us on an internal house project. The team were great - the quality of work was of the highest standard, and communication was fantastic at all times. I cannot recommend Raylian and Paul highly enough.

A dream team! Rachel with her insane design eye and style and Paul will his incredible and extensive team. We chose to move out of our property while we had our work done, but Paul kept us in the loop on all big decisions, progress updates, cost planning and being on pretty much everything! The beautiful designs from Rachel have really been realised by Paul and the team and we could not recommend them any higher if we tried- if there was 6 stars they would get it. When we decided to totally refurbish our house, I found Rachel on Houzz. She has always been very responsive and has supported us in achieving our dream home. Over several visits Rachel totally understood the brief and our vision and put together fantastic mood boards which really help you see how each room will come together, from toilet roll holders to chandeliers, you name it, and she finds it! She was even kind enough to store some larger items of furniture whilst our house was a building site! I would 100% recommend her!

Paul and Rachel completed the design and build for the refurbishment of our 5 bedroom property, including all bedrooms, en suite bathroom, kitchen and all downstairs rooms. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they, and the team, have provided. The design process was incredibly thorough, with all stages completed to a high standard. The project overall was delivered on schedule and to budget, even in the current climate of supply chain and labour disruptions. The professionalism of the whole team is particularly impressive, all costs, materials and labour are itemised in detail and agreed at the start of the project. The building work itself is delivered to a very high standard and every member of the team working on our property was friendly, introducing themselves, knew what they were doing and had a clear specification of the work. The project was comprehensively managed, with regular updates provided, keeping everything relatively stress free from our perspective. Overall would highly recommend.

Raylian carried out the work on our house to a highly professional standard with the most minimal disruption to us. Their tradesmen were all absolutely lovely (as well as cleaning up after themselves) and when anything went wrong (like the floor supplier sending the wrong wood) they dealt with it very quickly. They were also very flexible in accomodating requests for extra work and helped minimise cost through their planning. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Rachel has successfully completed a few projects for us building up to a remodel of our ground floor. It's not just her passion for design but her integrity when it comes to the project management side. Rachel really does know her stuff and the relationship she has with her team makes it all so seem-less. I will be using Rachel again and confidently recommend her services. Thanks again Rachel!

I hired Nick to design the inside of my recently purchased 350sqm Modern house. I wanted a modern Scandinavian style interior with simple clean but very high quality finishes. Nick interpreted our brief accurately and with a great design eye for minimalist interior and he selected all of the fixtures and fittings and furniture for the space. He dealt with the lighting design and ensured all trades worked to schedule and to a high standard. Nick is a very creative designer with a great eye for details and aesthetics, even the details you don’t see you know the design is to a high standard. I was nervous about employing the services of an interior designer and completing our first house interior but Nick made the whole process stress free with responsive communication and guidance and a no nonsense approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him as an interior designer with a 5 star review and I will definitely be using him again for my next house. Kate S

Nick was a delight to work with. From the start he really got our style and his designs built cleverly on what the Architect had designed for our extension. I felt Nick really listened to what we wanted, and his suggestions were creative and with an excellent eye for design aesthetics and details taking into account all the information the contractor needed. He was very responsive and reacted quickly to our requests. We also engaged the services of Paul to project manage the builders and realise the design, he was well organised, knowledgeable and acted as great go between for us and the builders helping us hugely not to worry or stress, he just dealt with it all.

We hired Nick and Paul at Raylian to lead a tricky 550 m2 office conversion into residential space in a prime location central Chiswick. Along with the practice personal creative skills I was very impressed by their technical know how. The teams knowledge of building regulations, local authority planning requirements and technical building skills saved me a substantial amount in architects fees and it was comforting to experience their confidence when addressing the builders and trades and the respect they attracted. The creative design planning stage and specification for finishes and furnishings was professional and stress free. It was great to have a designer sketch their ideas while explaining their thoughts. Discussing ideas in 3D is a real advantage. Given the licence to express themselves they came up with some really great ideas. Project management was equally important, especially with all the H&S requirements attached to the industry these days. I also felt once the budget was approved they made a good effort to protect it right through to completion.
