We got our garden fence redone, shed removed, levelled out and concrete for the base of the new shed. The whole team were extremely friendly and professional. Project was completed within time frame. I did have a few additions along the way, which were happily accommodated for and the cost always communicated. We would definitely recommend

I hired Reniam to design, renovate and build an Extention on my property. The work they did completely met and exceeded my expectations, providing me with the additional space I asked for and also maintaining the architectural integrity of the house. I had seen too many cases where the addition looked out of place and I was worried this would happen to us. Hamed came up with a great design that fit seamlessly with my goals. He is very honest and was able to provide great advice in all phases of the project that helped me to manage costs and achieve the look i wanted. I would highly recommend Hamed for any project.

Reniam are real artists; there is no other word to describe the absolutely amazing job they did with our period house remodel and refurbishment. Having used many tradespeople over the years they were the best not only in the quality of their work, but also in their professionalism, experience, friendliness and also on price. Reniam went beyond the call of duty in helping us with the complex project involving electrics, heating, demolition, windows, flooring, plastering, joinery, plumbing and painting & decorating. Friends and family cannot not believe how amazing our house ended up looking! Highly recommended!

I used this company and work closely with them for a big refurbishing work (floor, electricity, gas, plumbing, changing wall position including structural walls...). The project manager was great, he had a complete understanding of the regulation, was really available and commited. The people working with him was really good and even if somebody was not fitting my expectation he always find somebody else suitable. They are definitely professional and efficient.

Commented: Should we lose a bedroom for upstairs bathroom?To think about.. Is there anyone who lives at the property struggle going up the stairs to use the bathroom? Or you could consider having the bathroom in bedroom 3 and placing a cloakroom in the store...
