Renova House Renovation Ltd are building contractors operating in the domestic/residential area of house refurbishment. They have a strong core of operatives including certified electricians and heating engineers and sub-contract out those trades that they do not carry to proven trades such as plasterers, brick layers and decorators. There rates are competitive and their programming accurate. They have the ability to take on board variations and additional work and, depending on the size, accommodate them within their original programme and price them fairly. Their quality of finishes requires supervision as do most contractors at this level but they can achieve a high standard when pushed.

I hired Konrad to build a concrete shed base in my garden and to build a bespoke bookcase in one of our bedrooms. On both counts he did a great job and demonstrated considerable professional skill ( carpentry and concrete work) at a very reasonable price. I appreciated his attention to detail and the need to tidy up after the job which other builders I have employed overlook. I wouldn't hesitate to employ him again and recommend him for all building/carpentry/painting and decorating work.
