“Working with our architect was an absolute pleasure. Eloise was punctual, professional, and incredibly patient, taking the time to really listen to our ideas and vision. The entire process was explained clearly from the start and we were kept fully informed throughout, which gave us great confidence. The creativity of our plans truly stood. We were presented with four different design concepts, each carefully thought through to maximise flow and practicality within the home. “We have known Ben for over 10 years but never really had the opportunity or space to utilise his talents. Then we found an "almost" perfect family home in April 2020. My wife & I have seen some of Edge AD's amazing schemes, drawings & physical builds, unfortunately we didn't have as much space as some of those. I even considered not approaching Ben as our space was much smaller, but I picked up the phone. As always, the most positive of people reassured me, he could work his magic. We all know what happened in 2020 so Ben's on-site visit was delayed but he still worked on aerial & streetview pics. When he was able to visit our house, he already had a plan, different to what we thought but maximised the space & saw things we didn't see. He organised the relevant people & dealt with planning, he also had a list of recommended tradespeople which we utilised. Our "almost" perfect house became our perfect home which wouldn't have been the case if the wanna be architects (my wife & I) would have had our way...leave it to the professionals or in this case...Ben.
