We have built up working relationships over the last 10 plus years with Architects & Structural Engineers, who have a wealth of knowledge with your best interests at the fore. With this in mind, we are able to provide realistic planning applications that have over a 95% approval rate with a first application across various local authorities. We build a relationship with you on an open and honest communication basis. This allows for a smooth build process giving you easy access to the MD, Project Managers and Build team whenever you need. Our project Management team (Danny & Daren) take all the stress of the build away from you, with the hope of allowing you time to enjoy the process.
