Foundations Construction Professionals in Solihull, West Midlands

“Excellent work done by Alex and crew. They did a renovation on our entire house and end results were amazing. We also used them to do our Patio and it is lovely. Alex was constantly communicating with us on the progress of the house and he was available to supervise the ongoing work. I would highly recommend Multiservice K construction ltd for their excellent services!”

“We moved into our home eight years ago with the plan to extend and remodel, but life got in the way after having a child. We always knew we wanted to make the house work better for our family, but couldn't find anything on the market that suited us. So, we decided to make our home work for us. Our main goal was to create more space downstairs, with a larger kitchen and an open-plan living area. We also wanted space for work and leisure, including a dedicated area for our daughter’s music practice. We found ProBuild360 through local ads and recommendations from friends and family. We were particularly impressed after seeing a neighbour’s renovation project and hearing how highly they spoke of ProBuild360. We wanted a partner who could manage the whole process from start to finish, as we knew we wouldn't be able to do it ourselves. DIY was no longer an option for us, and we both agreed it was time to bring in professionals. ProBuild360’s all-in-one service really appealed to us. We’d heard horror stories about building projects dragging on, but ProBuild360’s approach was different. They took ownership of the entire process and completed the project on time, which was such a relief compared to some of the never-ending projects we’d seen nearby. ProBuild360 also paid attention to the little details, like symmetry and proportions, ensuring that everything worked together perfectly. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but they helped refine it, offering expert advice when we were uncertain. They were fantastic at visualising how everything would come together, even when we weren’t sure ourselves. The interior design team, led by David, was integral to the whole process. His confidence in his ideas and style convinced us of things we hadn’t thought about before. He kept us well-informed throughout, explaining every appliance and piece of furniture that would be installed. They even invited us to their showroom, which we were really impressed by. It gave us so many ideas, especially for the worktops and pantries we wanted in our kitchen. Knowing that these could be supplied and fitted through them was a huge bonus. The whole team, including Wes, Matt & Max was excellent. They kept us updated throughout the project. Whenever we had a question or wanted to make a change, they were always available and happy to listen and solve any issues we had. They were always just a phone call or WhatsApp message away, which was a huge difference compared to other contractors we’ve worked with. What we appreciated most was the teamwork between all the specialists—externals, interiors, and electrics. Everyone was on the same page, which made the project smooth and fluid. We could talk to one person about interiors, and they would know exactly what was going on with the electrics and externals. This collaboration made everything easier and more efficient. The end result has completely exceeded our expectations.”

“In 2019 I travelled abroad for work. During this time, I completed the purchase of a property in Wolverhampton UK for rental purpose. I engaged the services of Spectrum Homes Limited to inspect the property in my absence and provide professional recommendations of any remedial works required to bring the property to a good rental standard. I worked closely with the Spectrum Project Manager (Buki Afolabi) and found him to be a well read and experienced Civil/Construction Engineer & Project Manager with vast knowledge of construction and project management best practices. I was impressed with the professionalism displayed by the Spectrum Homes team, the quality of work carried out and their dedication to meet with agreed budgets and deadlines. I would readily recommend the services of Spectrum Homes Limited for construction, renovation and redecoration works.”
