Being a Property developer. I wanted to make sure we had the right contractor for the project. Someone, skilled, experienced, knowledgeable and honest- a team I could work with to achieve the best final product. We were pleased to have worked with Sterling Pillar, they certainly fit the criteria above. They are friendly, positive and very responsive to my designs and issues that arose. They spent additional time on key details and were constantly checking that we were happy throughout. Their skills and experience are broad and we will certainly keep in touch for future projects. Very pleased, great to work with.

I asked Ian and Anna to design and build my Garden Flat extension. It was completed on time and On Budget. What convinced me to hire them was the references they provided me and they Guarantee their workmanship. 18 Months down the line - so far everything still looks bright, homely and well designed. The project did over run by two weeks the reasons were 1-) The weather 2-) We needed to make some minor design changes (The Mrs needed more sockets in the kitchen) I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

I asked Ayang and Anna to knock down through my living room and create an extension. They brought architect and building inspector to sign off the work. This assured me the work was done according to building code. I am happy with the extra space and have no problems recommending them

Ayang, Anna and Ciprian did a great job designing renovating my 3 bedroom flat. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. They worked late in order to complete the work before the deadline. I would definitely hire them again. Two thumbs up
