We can also take care of any planning permission consents and of course building regulations are always adhered to in precise detail. .

Stoke Park Developments were amazing to deal with from the very start. They took all the stress out of the build and we were just left with decisions about fixtures and fittings to decide rather than dealing with the nitty gritty of the build. They were always happy to talk and communication was always spot on. We love our new home which now has been extended out the back and has a loft conversion. Choosing Stoke Park was the best decision we made.

The best builders I’ve ever worked with, and i don’t say this type of thing lightly. In fact - I am the fussiest, most particular person when it comes to interior and high quality finishes. It’s been the easiest and straight forward process working with Stoke Park Development. They turn up early, leave late and don’t stop all day. Not even for a cup of tea! Nothing has been a problem. All the materials/skip etc was arranged by them, I’ve not had to think about a thing. Usually I dread builders coming, but it’s been a pleasure having them for the week. Absolutely over the moon!

The Team at Stoke Park Developments are fantastic, we really cannot praise them enough. Working with Geoff, Louis and their talented team throughout our build was a great experience. The whole project felt enormously collaborative and they have delivered us the house of our dreams. We would highly recommend Stoke Park Developments to anyone.
