Do not use this company. Would give zero stars if possible. Sami asks for substantial pre-payments for work and after receiving payment weeks passed with no progress. We had to abandon the project after he went three times over the quoted duration without completing a single stage properly. He made trips to buy cheap supplies from DIY stores, far below the price point for the fittings we were actually paying for. His workmen were awful, completely ruining our property, we had to pay for replacement fittings when ours were plastered and painted over. They cut the gas main and didn't reconnect before putting everything back, the whole job had to be redone (which we had to pay for again). Sami took no accountability for this, accusing us of simply not understanding the process. He has run off with thousands of pounds for work he never completed and attempted to bully us into paying him more. He used the shared areas of our property to store waste from other sites for weeks, refusing to own up and clear away when asked. He stored supplies for other jobs claiming they would be for us, only to go and use cheap materials anyway. Do not use this company unless you expect to lose your money and have to pay someone else to finish the job.

Despite the challenges we faced, we were genuinely committed to moving forward and completing the project to your satisfaction. However, we ultimately made the difficult decision to leave because you refused to make payments as agreed upon. We understand that the project encountered difficulties, but it's crucial to acknowledge that we also incurred significant time and financial losses.
In terms of the scope of our work, our agreement specifically included painting, decorating, and flooring services. We did not agree to perform any electrical work. We have detailed records that clearly indicate the agreed-upon scope and payments made.
Regarding the pictures you mentioned, please understand that they were taken during the ongoing work with the previous builder you had before us. They do not accurately represent our completed work or the final state of the project. We never left the site in such a condition. We are fully committed to rectifying any remaining issues promptly and finding a fair resolution.
Considering the circumstances, we kindly request that you reconsider your review and remove the inaccurate portrayal. This would greatly help us maintain a fair representation of our services and the efforts we put into your project. We genuinely value your feedback and are fully committed to resolving any outstanding issues.

The team is great and very professional. They are tidy and I am very happy with the results of my flooring. I am giving 4 stars is because of the timeline. The project was supposed to finish 1 week earlier which means it was slightly inconvenient for me to have to stay at my relatives with my kids. But otherwise, very trustworthy and also very good follow up and responsive. Thank you team

Marbleuk & thehomerefurbishmentcompany I highly recommend this company and Samis team. I have done extension and loft conversion for my 4 bedroom house in new Southgate. The services they have covered is architect, interior design, construction team with electric and plumbing works. Good thing about this company is that they started and managed the project from start to finish professionally with hard working team. They helped us with planing and architectural drawings, interior design give us the best ideas and I must say very beautiful and happy with the outcome. Same goes for the construction team managed the project fully and completed with no problem. I highly recommend to hire this company as it’s hard to find a good construction company that you can trust this days.

Amazing Service from A to Z We purchased our new property in limehouse last October 2020, Marbleuk team got their own architect and design team helping us with the planing and advising us how to get the most out of our new property. Great service, great personality, I recommend MarbleUk all day long Sam helped me to choose my dream marble white Carrara for my bathroom, and beutiful kitchen with the Taj Mahal quartzite worktop we had the choice to go to the warehouse and see the slabs for our selves, and choose for our preferred colours and types of natural stone. It was easy to decided as we can see what the stone will looks like in our bathroom and our kitchen and it was all free consultation, now my bathroom look exactly like those slabs as installed in our bathroom as they came directly from the quarry, this experience have made me realise that my bathroom feels like I’m part of the nature as I walk in with all the beutiful grey veins from the white marble from the slabs with the famously Carrara marble and the beutiful And the amazing Taj Mahal quartzite. So happy with the work and my decision we made to choose MarbleUk as our bathroom and kitchen remodelling.
