Very professional throughout the 6 months of interaction with the team (Marco, Alaa, Stefan and James). Brilliant communication through the different stages of the design drawings and provided various ideas. Services provided such as the VR and 3d model were above expectations. Will be looking forward to working in a different project soon.

Really good service from start to finish, understood exactly what we were looking for - made the whole process from initial design, through to getting planning permission and detailed calculations for our builder very straightforward. Very helpful too when it came to updating the plans for minor changes that were needed.

Roger presented a few ideas on the proposed design for our side extension. This helped us to picture how we could best utilise the space and also link them to our needs. Roger kept us updated on every stage of the process and dealt with all the planning issues. They also have a superb in house experts who assisted on questions raised by the local council. Will definitely recommend!

Architectural Design Project - I did a lot of due diligence before I selected Market Design and Build as my project is one of the biggest investments I am making. My preparations paid off. Really delighted with the team in particular Roger Yang. Very responsive, good two way communication and came up with some great suggestions. Process with the Planning Authority handled smoothly - delays with Ealing Council were not down to the team but they helped me in chasing relentlessly. Great job. Would throughly recommend and it is not something I do lightly. Now moving to the next stage of my project.

We engaged MD&B team to provide architectural design services for our large and complex house renovation project after an extensive search. Despite the challenges of lockdown and remote working, Stefan & Max helped to transform our vision into an exciting project. The team were patient and provided valuable input into the design process. We also had the benefit of virtual reality and a 3D model to help us visualise the project. The team finally helped us successfully obtain planning permission. We would happily recommend MD&B for architectural design work.

We used The Market Design & Build for the Architectural Design Package and could not have asked for a better experience for our loft conversion. Clearly customer service is the top priority, evidenced by the patience shown with us constantly changing our minds on the plans. The team were more than happy to draw all the options we wanted to explore, with no pressure on making decisions. In addition, the team proposed some great ideas for other changes in the house which we incorporated. We would highly recommend Max, our designer. Now we are looking forward to seeing the plans come to fruition once the build is complete.

Architectural and structural design package Alaa did an amazing job with my design package, being complex she was able to simplify the process and also keep me updated throughout, Alaa was very receptive with amendments + several drafts and also following through with the local authority. I highly recommend the services of ‘The Market Design and Build’.
