“Working with Mark was a fantastic experience. From the first time I contacted him he listened carefully to my needs; his attention to detail and professionalism were evident in every step of the process. The schematics for my new garage were signed off by the council no problem, and I wouldn't hesitate either to work with him again myself or to recommend him to others.”

“Liam and Tony have been nothing but professional from start to finish in drawing up our plans for our self build house, I initially dealt with Tony who ran me through the full process of the planning application and he's drawings, making me aware of all the problems which may occur along the way, nothing was too much trouble and everything was dealt with in a timely matter and explained thoroughly, tony's telephone manner is very good as well and came across as professional and helpful at all times. Liam then took over from Tony and again he went above and beyond for us as we had initial complaints from neighbours and the local parish council all of their objections were addressed by Liam with very concise and accurate response of which he emailed to me first to approve before responding, nothing in any email needed to be amended as they was spot on each time. I also had a few phone calls with Liam and they again came across as pleasant and helpful conversations putting my mind at ease when issues arose. Thank you so much Tony and Liam I will certainly be recommending you to anyone I know who needs plans drawing up in the future. Mark and Claire”
