We Love Build - T.A.

I worked with 'We Love Build' to transform the ground floor of my Victorian terraced home, building a new extension to the rear and opening up the bulk of the space into one, open plan kitchen/living/dining zone. They offered a fantastic service from start to finish, managing the project effectively and communicating clearly throughout. And most importantly the quality of work was very high, so I'm delighted with the outcome. I'd also call out their problem-solving approach - of course unexpected things happened over the course of the project, but they always came to me with solutions and options. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I appointed WLB for a full refurbishment and restoration of my listed home. I was really impressed with the quality of the finish and the skills of their fine workers. The whole project was completely stress free as they were excellent in managing the planning application and all the various contractors involved. The restoration of the original architectural elements and features of the house was impeccable. The design team really went the extra mile by researching and finding the original colour schemes of the house by involving the right specialists to run historic paint analysis. The quality of the works and the end results were outstanding. Finally the design team made a huge difference during the procurement phase, they really cared for the smallest details of the interiors which were beutifully designed and furnished by them. WLB truly are a fantastic company which has offered a complete service to the highest standards. I highly reccomend them.

We recently hired WLB to design and construct a side return extension plus other internal refurbishment works for our London home. The construction team have worked very efficiently and every phase of the project was really well organised by the project manager. The quality of the work was executed to a very high standard. The decoration work was impeccable and extremely precise. We were also really impressed with the attention to detail and all the finishes. WLB also designed our interiors, bespoke joinery and procured our furniture. We were really happy with the design services and creative proposals; our house looks absolutely stunning! We highly reccomend We Love Build.

We have now worked on three building projects with WLB - 3A; the fact we have come back to them time and time again is testament to the quality of their work. Initially we completely rebuilt the ground floor of our house, turning a flat into a playroom and replacing everything including the floors, ceilings etc. They did a fantastic job, a really high standard of work and 3 years on we have had no issues at all with everything they worked on. The second project was a complete redecoration of a 5 story townhouse in Bedford Square - our office. Yet again they did a fantastic job and were able to match a cheaper quote we had been given by not giving their absolute highest standards of finishing - its an office so we don't have the same high standards we have for our home and price was more important on this job. The third and biggest project was a complete overhaul of the top 4 floors of our home in Notting Hill. The project threw a lot of issues up which were all solved calmly and to a very high standard - we have now been living here for 6 months and are thrilled with the result. The quality and the standard of workmanship is impeccable. We have had a few snagging but they have always agreed to come back and sort things out quickly and efficiently until we are completely happy with the job. Overall I would recommend them most heartily. Ricardo and Luca are lovely people and Benny and his team were fantastic, so much expertise and so willing to help. Thank you WLB!

I engaged WLB at the beginning of our project. They came very highly recommended through our design team, with whom they had worked several times previously. The scope of their role was to be lead-contractor & site mange a full house refurb (ex-kitchen), that would include full re-plumbing, new electrics, some structural work, and cosmetic work through. The team were helpful throughout the tender process, coming in with the most competitive quote and engaging constructively throughout the process of deciding what work precisely we could / should do. When we encountered unexpected problems (walls that turned out to be structural that were believed not to be, and alike) the attitude of Ric & team was always constructive - finding ways to problem solve without completely blowing the budget. Their communication and organisation throughout the process was fantastic. Ultimately we were able to achieve a project more or less on time and on budget - a pretty remarkable achievement in the context of what we were attempting. But the real standout was the quality of finish - if you're looking for an immaculate end result, WLB excel: Their attention to detail is second to none. I have a second project in the works, and I very much look forward to working with the team again.

The Three Arches / We Love Build team acted as our architects, general contractor and principal subcontractor on a 6 month whole house renovation and extension project, from planning and design through to completion. They were realistic about time and cost and came in on budget and only a few weeks late despite major supply issues during the Spring 2020 lockdown. They were a pleasure to deal with, professional and work to a very high standard of finish. 6 months after completion, we remain very happy with the quality of their work.

Three arches very successfully undertook a major project for us to build a new kitchen/dining area, a new utility room, open up the back of the house and lay a large new patio area. Throughout the 2 months they worked on this they were excellent. Their team were friendly, very helpful and worked incredibly hard ( early starts/late finishes/Saturday working) and their building standards were fantastic. As architects, we were looking to expand our network to include high quality contractors in the London area. We met Three Arches through a trusted mutual contact. Since then we have been impressed by the professional and detailed approach of everyone in the Three Arches team. I worked with the team from Three Arches on my apartment renovation recently. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial meetings, detailed timings plans were received and absolutely stuck to from start to finish. I also used their design team to help source materials which they did brilliantly - all from mood boards of things I liked. The workmanship itself was absolutely first class. This was a complete refit, new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, garden, decorating, plumbing, windows etc, and I have to say, I never had a moments worry as the team just managed everything, on time and on budget. Any extra costs we're agreed upfront so no surprises either. An absolute pleasure to work with this team, highly recommend, and I'd have no hesitation in hiring them for my next project.
