As a Plumbing & Heating Contractor, we have two sides to our business. B2B and Consumer clients. When working with Builders, it can often be a challenge to maintain Communication, Payment Terms, Specification and Work Schedules.. Often there are problems and often there are disagreements. NOT HERE!.. West1 are truly different in their approach. We felt like partners in the project, and our involvement valued. The project was managed smoothly, start to finish, communication effective, expectations managed and notice given. West1's project managers (Jamie & Grahame) know that Happy Subcontractors, equals a happy job, and we could do no more to keep them happy! We have not worked with a Main Contractor as well-oiled as this and we very much look forward to working with them on the next one!
