West Country Renovations was founded by Geoffrey Carew in 2004. The company has grown organically, starting with a few excellent Polish builders working on local projects, growing into the nationwide company it is today. Our workforce is no longer West Country based; we have built a whisky distillery in Ayrshire, renovated country houses and listed buildings from Perthshire to Sussex to Cornwall, done many flats and townhouses across Central London, and built five new stone Country houses. Barn conversions, care home conversions, garage to office conversions, extensions, orangeries, stables, swimming pools and tennis courts make up the remainder of the business. Our Polish workforce has grown from the original ‘Golden Hands’ we started with, until we now have five teams of highly skilled men, proud of the quality of their work and their work ethic, along with tried and trusted sub contractors and suppliers. Today, we can achieve a first class finish at competitive rates anywhere in the country.
