Where to start? We approached Will in 2022 about undertaking what we all believed was to be a quick 'in and out' renovation of our recently purchased 5 bedroomed end of terrace home in Eastbourne. Here we are.....over a year later....and the poor chap is STILL working on it! No, he isn't slow - far from it - but the house has provided us all with some challenges along the way. No one has died....but it's been a close run thing at times. So - what has Will done? EVERYTHING - and I do mean everything.......! This (non-exhaustive) list of jobs doesn't begin to demonstrate quite what an amazing and magazine worthy house he has created for us: 1) New windows, doors, plumbing, heating and electrics throughout 2) Transformed a bathroom into a bedroom and vice versa 3) Knocked walls down to ensure that the new flooring would be straight 4) Created a home office out of a boiler room 5) Created a utility room (to die for!) out of a truly manky cellar, (which would not have been out of place as a set in a horror film!) 6) Rendered, plastered and painted the house inside and out - it's four storeys.....!!! 7) Removed approximately 20+ tonnes of 'original horrible garden' to create us a bespoke and beautiful sun trap of a garden, complete with canine astro for our two dogs 8) Created the most amazing kitchen, complete with triple patio doors, which now overlooks a glorious patio in our newly created garden 9) Moved and rebuilt walls, built new bespoke wardrobes, created an amazing master ensuite of a pretty hideous bedroom and in short, transformed our fairly horrible 5 bedroom terraced house, into a luxurious 5 bedroomed, 2 ensuites, gorgeous family bathroom, utility room and home office. This list does not do him justice. He truly is, a talented, thoughtful and creative genius of a builder. His ideas of what will and won't work were usually in alliance with ours - we only rejected one idea of his....! - but his creativity is something to see, truly, he is a master craftsman. He is 100% reliable, honest and trustworthy. Don't be in any hesitation - book him for your home renovations today. You won't be disappointed.

After months of searching for a suitable contractor to undertake the renovation of my property in Brighton, I came across an eye catching, bold renovation project in Hove which I added to the tender process. During the tendering process, Will c/o Will Construction Ltd, (WLC) was very responsive to enquiries with my architect in all aspects of matters. Will attended the site visit to better comprehend the project remits. The project was awarded WLC based on good a well rounded knowledge / experience of construction; a sensible quote that was within my budget and availability to start work. From the start of work, I was immediately impressed with Will's hands-on approach with his team of staff who are all motivated and experienced. They are polite and helpful which is particularly appreciated. Additionally, Will is very particular to the calibre of subcontractors he works with and only those that shares his professionalism / enthusiasm are appointed. As the renovation progressed, some unforeseen problems appeared which are of no faults to WLC. The revised adjustments resulted in breaching the original budget compounded by the reality of the building materials supply problems during the pandemic but ultimately all anomalies issues were resolved. I am especially grateful to Will for standing by to deal with problems that were beyond our control and that he never complain about not being able to progress to his other pending projects. This surely is a testament to the commitment from a dependable, professional builder. I would strongly recommend anyone to Will and his team of professional, polite and hard working staff. WLC is well equipped to manage project of various scales. The tools and equipments they use are second to none. I wish WLC the very best in their contribution to the building construction sector.

Throughout our monster house renovation, Will Loch and his team have been just outstanding! His vast experience and attention to detail has helped deliver a project that we thought was out of our reach! Along with some other contractors we used, Will headed up and took complete control of the carpentry and assisted with all the design and build on site, working closely with our architect and building suppliers. This project had many unforeseen problems commencing at first such as the Japanese knotweed, sharp gradient of the land and all arrangements of the site-work needed without our presence with utmost responsibility. Delighted with our new loft. Will, Sam and the team did excellent work in difficult conditions - gale force winds, torrential rain, CoVid 19 and lockdown. They looked after us throughout. Their standard of work was excellent and the result is better than we hoped. Highly recommend.

Will came recommended. He organised our building work (from measuring up, giving advice/suggesting alternative options, ordering materials, to fitting the aluminium fascias and spray-painting the window frames) and saw the job through from start to finish in the most professional way. Will and his colleague Sam are reliable, unobtrusive and left the site clean and tidy at the end of every day. Will communicates well. He successfully liaises with third parties (for example, scaffolders, rubbish clearance) which allows the job to flow smoothly. Will’s workmanship is excellent. He is meticulous and has an eye for detail which results in an excellent finish. I would happily use Will again and would thoroughly recommend him.
