I ordered online and after 2 weeks the door arrived. It was neatly packaged, looked even better than on the picture, and was made of high quality. “I had 4 exterior doors, 2 storm doors, and 5 windows replaced in my home. Everyone who came out from the gentleman who showed me the products I would be receiving to the employees who installed the products, allude sure that I knew what was being worked on and that the product which was delivered was in fact the product which I had ordered. When one of my storm doors began acting up the customer service person sincerely apologized, stated that a service personnel would be out to replace the hardware which was malfunctioning even though I told her I thought it had just come loose and I didn't have the proper tool to fix it. The customer service I received from Thompson Creek was and continues to be of the highest caliber and I couldn't be happier with the new doors and windows I bought.”
