“Had a problem with the carpet installed in March, 2012. Noticed the problem in March, 2013 and called Lowe's to see what they could do. They sent several people out to inspect and they decided the installation was defective and completely tore the carpet out and replaced it. Very happy with the service they provided and installers were very thorough.”
