I used Doormate recently to purchase some Pocket Door Frames, I must say that this was a great company to deal with, they helped me pick out the right products as I had to make sure that they conformed to fire regs etc including the additional accessories I needed for the job and the did it at a great price and Terry and his team were so helpful and responsive. Even When I had an issue on receipt of the products they sorted everything out for me with their supplier and got it all re delivered in quick time so my job was not put behind. all in all great price, great service would give them 10 stars if I could!!

The service I received from Terry was unbelievable, we couldn't find doors that would fit and found DoorMate online. From start to finish Terry guided us through the process from ensuring that the doors were the right size to the correct finish and which rail system to get. We couldn't have asked for more and the doors that Terry produced are exactly what we wanted and have really made a difference to our room. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Great sliding barn doors. Rustic and great workmanship. Nice and heavy but with soft open and close system Would highly recommend Terry and doormate.

We used the Gainsville sliding barn door gear for a large Oak internal room divider. Not only did the ironmongery look great it was straightforward to fit and worked really well with the very heavy, wide door. The door glides easily and smoothly, we're really pleased with the system. Terry was very helpful and delivery was quick. Would certainly recommend and will use again.

From start to finish Terry and his Son were fantastic, the quality and finish of their products is outstanding the customer service was over and above. I would highly recommend using them don’t go anywhere else.

Great experience start to end. From my initial technical queries, Terry took the time to explain and walk me through some of the finer details, modifying a few things as we went. Quick delivery with all the bits well packaged and labeled with clear instructions. The finished kit is incredibly well made. Very chuffed!!

Terry helped with a lot of design advice for this project and ensured I got exactly what worked for the doors I installed. The door mechanism itself is supporting some very heavy wooden doors over a 10 ft span and its rock solid. The soft close mechanism on opening and closing works great. Really high quality product and great to work with such knowledgeable / helpful people!

We recently bought some sliding door gear from Doormate and Terry could not have been more helpful. We are working on a wonderful grade 2 listed barn conversion and the ironwork supplied for this project fitted in perfectly with this historic building. We also had positive feedback from the Conservation Officer , and those who work in this business know how rare that is!!

I am not a builder so needed to talk through quite a lot of my project with Terry from Doormate in order to select the right barn door roller for our needs. Installed and constructed by our carpenter it all looks great.

Excellent customer service from Terry, he went out of his way to provide help/advice and to check/clarify measurements etc, so as to make sure that everything was good. He also mocked-up a door and sent us pictures of it in three different lighting conditions, so we could gauge the colour and style we'd chosen. Really good comms throughout the process....From initial order through to delivery, oh and the final product was amazing. Thanks so much Terry.
