We placed an order for internal doors with the order confirmation stating 7-10 working days delivery. Having had no confirmation of dispatch, and it now being WELL over this lead time stated, we called the company. Given an apology and they could not see any reason the order had not been delivered. Told they would sort it that afternoon and delivery mid next week. That "next" week, having not received any further contact nor a dispatch confirmation, we contacted them to make further enquiries. Told the order would be out for delivery "that" week, and would be delivered Thursday or Friday. STILL having had no courier information, we placed another call today. After interrupting me whilst I was trying to explain the reason for my call, Lee was very rude, dismissive and defensive on the phone. Taking offence at my concerns that I may be dealing with a scam company - something I think is justified for me to feel having paid for goods that have not been received within the time promised, nor being able to be given any confirmed delivery date of when we may receive them, no explanation of the delay, and terrible communication. Promised a call by the end of the day with a delivery date or we can cancel...Cilla Black...SURPRISE SURPRISE! No call. We then sadly read all the poor reviews across the net - just google Posh Door Company reviews to see the numerous reviews left by customers experiencing the exact same issues. Seems even getting a refund you are entitled to they will stall on. Also visit companies house on Gov.co.uk website regarding the company and those involved...public info about the Director ...lots of previously dissolved companies related to him...but thats all available in public information. Do your own research, form your own opinions on the available information. Good luck.

There seems to be some positive reviews about this company. However unfortunately for me I had a terrible experience. 16th december I ordered my doors as their website stated they could deliver the doors 21st-28th Dec. I called on the 18th Dec to confirm the delivery date. A lady answered seemed little bothered about my query and sounded bored and at home. I then sent a message via their website stating my concern referencing another customerpersons negative review/experience regarding the delivery of his doors and expressed my wish to cancel my order. I recieved an email from Donna reassuring me that she will contact me on the 21st once stock is confirmed with a delivery date. Nobody called me. On the 21st I chased this up and again on the 22nd. Both time the same answering service followed by different members of staff answering the call. But all of them were reluctant to answer simple questions and always asked to take name, number, ema and order number only to pass to Donna who seems to be the only person able to deal with my order query and was to call back. Nobody's even bothered to call back or drop me an email to update me about any of my query. I finally emailed the company to Donna's email on the 26th notifying her my intention to cancel the order and requested a refund. She replied back to my email stating she was happy to cancel my order and will give me a call the following day when she was in the office. She also stated that an email was sent to me with a delivery date and she personally tried to call me (checked my emails and my phone- neither was true). 27th Dec - whole day goes by and no calls so around 4pm I called to see if Donna was there. Same thing again, somebody new answered and took my name and number down. Was informed Donna was in the office until 6pm and will call me that evening. Having not hearing from her I sent an email formally requesting to cancel the order and requesting for a refund. Also expressed the lack of communication and staffs ability to respond to queries was so bad, should I have any issues with the doors upon delivery it will be a total nightmare trying to communicate with Donna who is never there to take calls not reply to calls. Guess what? Today is the 28th Dec as I am writing this review and still have not recieved a call nor a responce to my last email. I hope someone gets back to me soon. Should they delay or give additional headache to refund my money I will follow up with my experience referring to this review. Real

Terrible from start to finish. 5 months for door to arrive. First door ordered turned up incorrect. Communication was terrible. Constant no replies.

Very poor customer service. I had issues with my initial delivery. Then i ordered a wrong size and requested them to replace the order. They send me an invoice for replacement delivery charge which i made promptly. After that I had to chase them to get an update. After few days they told me they have changed their mind and would not do a replacement, so I'll need to order a new one with a final response " there is nothing we can do". There is a reason why companies stay mediocre because they have no customer focus. All they want is to make a sale and get the payment. There is a reason why such companies perish over time.

Do not use this company. They offer extremely poor customer service. I ordered 7 doors from them back in January this year. First lot turned up faulty. Had to wait until August for replacement. Last 2 doors only arrived a month ago. Waited 10 months in all. Had to keep chasing never call you back. Complained requesting compensation and waited 2 months for a response. They think waiting 10 months is acceptable and only offered £75 of which have only received £35 still waiting.

Great service, helpful, friendly office staff. Easy to order and fitted internal glass doors. Thoroughly recommend.
