John also attended the parish council planning meeting to ensure there were no issues at this stage. With his help and guidance a specification was developed from which we were able to have a number of contractors bid, going on to select one to complete the build. This has been enormously helpful and time saving. We have decided to take forward one of the ideas we discussed with residence, and will be working with residence on the next stage of detail to get the level of aesthetic finish we know we wouldn't be able to achieve on our own. This whole process has really given us the confidence that we will end up with a beautiful space that works for us, and within our budget. We would highly recommend.”
