She spent a day measuring my house and drew up existing plans and plans of possible ideas which we discussed and she further refined my preferred option. She listened carefully to my wishes and patiently answered my questions (there were many as I’d never done anything like this before!) Her vision was amazing and what she came up with is brilliant - so much better than I’d ever thought possible. She has transformed my home from a 3 bedroom house (2 doubles and a box room) to one with 4 double bedrooms and character, and a large family space downstairs that’s great for entertaining too. “Jonathan Braddick was hired by the client to design a block of eleven luxury apartments for construction by the sea in Exmouth. He produced a design that was innovative and specific to client requirements. Whilst providing the brief for eleven apartments, the completed building very cleverly seems to resemble the original large Edwardian building that was replaced so as to blend with the area and not to give the appearance of an overpowering block of flats. A traditional external feel has been achieved, incorporating modern internal features, thus creating a certain "wow" factor without a "wow" cost ! Jonathan was found by the client to also have a very high degree of "in depth" knowledge in the contractual side of the construction industry, and his professional approach, attention to detail, reliability and competent way of dealing with the development provides the certain ability to be able to recommend his services to others.
