“When I found myself in need of an electrician, a co-worker suggested that I call Hometown Electric. Based on this recommendation I contacted the business and was pleasently surprised by their willingness to accommodate my schedule and the timeliness in which I was able to book an appointment. On the morning of my appointment, I received a courtesy call notifying me that the electrician was on schedule and that I could expect him to arrive at my home within 30 minutes. When he arrived, it was obvious that he had read through the problem as I had explained it when scheduling the appointment. After we reviewed the issue together, he provided a thorough explaination of what he would be doing, and got right to work. When finished, he specifically explained what he had fixed and conducted several tests to ensure that the problem was resolved. I found the people at Howetown Electric to be both professional and friendly, and was very satisfied with my overall experience.”
