I agreed a price and arranged fitting of a CCTV system for my home, but the contractor didn't turn up as arranged to carry out the work. I was just left waiting, with no message or explanation for his failure to turn up. I sent him messages, all of which have been ignored. Hardly a recipe for a successful business!
