You know that moment when you feel you care more about the quality of job you are doing than the people you are working for do? For me that epiphany happened in 2011 after I had gained my qualification as an electrician and worked as an employee for five years. Their standards and mine were simply miles apart and that’s why I had to start out on my own… My name is Kyle Gamble and, despite the connotation of my surname, my purpose in starting KG Electrical was to provide the safest, surest and highest standard of electrical work possible for every single customer. I never intended the company to grow as rapidly as it has (that has been a result of the high standards we set) I just wanted to be the best. We are based here in the beautiful town of St Albans and work all over Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex and North London. At the end of 2014 I took on my fourth full-time electrician and with each new employee who works for me I simply set them the same challenge - to care about the work as much as I do. I am proud of the fact that we have grown purely by word of mouth and business networking.
