So impressed with Lectec. We contracted John to bring our 16th Thatched Cottage up to spec and make some adjustments to the electrical layout re outside security light, light switch / plug sockets etc. His knowledge of everything electrical was second to none and he took time to listen to my vision of what we were trying to achieve with the house and make electrical recommendations etc. With 3 adults working from home at the moment he was sensitive to our daily working demands and was hugely flexible in working around us re switching power off etc and with him being onsite for over a week - that was just brilliant. I am very demanding in what I expect from contracting teams when they do work for me and that fact that I’ve already told him I’ll be inviting him back to do the kitchen when that gets done - should give you a good insight into how pleased we are with the quality of the work done and the trust I have in his capability. Do not hesitate to contact him .,

We had a total rewire and new electric heating system installed. We were very impressed with John’s quality of work and also his knowledge. The work was carried out to a high standard we were very pleased and would definitely recommend Lectec.

Excellent, professional job. It was a pleasure to watch such a tradesman at work, nothing too much trouble. My husband and I would highly recommend John. We had new outside sensor lights fitted at the front and back of our house and other garden outside lights.
