“I recently moved to a brand new apartment from a traditional Victorian terraced house after 30 years and so I wanted something totally new and different to what I had lived with previously. My taste is not very modern at all and so I was wanting someone who could help me create a really stylish space that would still suit my tastes (quite eclectic I must add!) In addition it is a really small and compact flat and so I needed some clever thinking on how and what to use, where. I decided to try My Bespoke Room as there service felt very affordable (only £75 per room) and they agreed to come and do an on site visit for a very small additional charge. Using them meant that I could still be in control of what was ordered and my budget, as they just gave me all the tools which saved me loads of time. I was so excited to see it transform that I kept updating them and I really felt they were as excited as I was and really into the project too which was really nice! I got on really well with both of them straight away and was really impressed with what they came up with. It is such a slick an easy service and their virtual moodboard is really cool. It covered everything from paint colours, wallpaper to furniture and finishing touches, including coat hooks and an umbrella stand! This was money well spent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some help in designing and furnishing their homes. Well done girls!!!”

“Emilie was brilliant. She did a complete renovation of my Victorian terrace, upstairs and down, including kitchen extension and reviving some original features that had been stripped away. She took my (attempts at explaining) my style and turned it into an actual vision. She gave me solutions to using the space which I had been defeated by and saved me a lot of money on bad furniture decisions. The contractors Emilie brought in were great too. A friendly, hard working team I came to know and like well. Before she got to work, I basically regretted buying my house. The house had so many issues and we didn't have a lot of room in the budget, but she delivered a home I never want to leave. “Lisa David worked on the installation of my new bathroom. I couldn't have done it without her. I'd been trying for a year to get this done but it had all felt too much with all the decisions to be made and how to put it all together. Then Lisa offered her services and I now have the bathroom of my dreams. My bathroom was small with tall ceilings. The initial meeting, Lisa and I went through what i wanted and she came up with some great ideas that no-one else had thought of (i.e. builders and friends) like moving the door to free up a wall, installing high level cupboards that she then designed and she found a firm that made purpose built doors to fit etc. I wanted to choose the items so we drew up a list of what was needed, I selected a few choices of each item in the bathroom brochures and we went through it together to finalise. I liked having a 2nd view as without it, I don't think I could have done it on my own & her knowledge/experience was invaluable in helping me decide. She drew up initial 3d sketches so I could visualise the space which was brilliant to see before I started ordering things. She knew builders who were fantastic and that removed some stress. She helped order things, source items, was always there if I had questions and would chat with the builders about what was possible as we went along finalising everything. She would challenge the builders on things to find the best way of installation, what might be possible etc. A big strength of hers is communication so she is clearly spoken and direct, trustworthy, transparent and honest. So as she said, even with all the planning, issues may occur but when 2 small issues did, that required me to make a decision, she helped me sort them easily. I don't think all tradespeople/professions do what they say when they will but Lisa did. I liked the flexibility of the service Lisa offered and I could ask for as much or as little help as I wanted. She would go and see the bathroom every few days to check all was in order and her good relationship with the builders helped the installation go more smoothly I am sure. I am delighted with my bathroom, its exceeded expectations and without Lisa, it would not be this lovely or might not have even happened. The worrying about the process was certainly much reduced. And she saved me money with her contacts at bathroom suppliers. Friends love it and some think I have extended the room given how much more I have fitted in but its just the clever design Lisa came up with. I cannot recommend Lisa and her services enough which are quite unique..”

“I hired the services of Moodesignz after a friends recommendation. Dory came for a consultation to discuss options for our 3 rooms which involved changing the use of 2 of them. I got 3D views and mood boards with plenty of product suggestions! Often with us picking the first item recommended. Overall the rooms flow together nicely and we have received many many complements on the design. It's like it fits your house style nicely so you feel you could have come up with it as not out there but in reality of course you couldn't that's why you hired Dory! Fully recommend.”
