“The job from start to finish was extremely professional. Jim came out and inspected the crawl space and explained exactly what we needed and provided a detailed report with pictures ect. so I totally understood the process. He did not try to oversell me. His crew that showed up at my home ontime and were professional and polite and kept the worksite very clean and neat. Jim told me the job would take four days and they would stay at the job until completed and not go to other jobs while working on mine. True to his word, the job was completed exactly on time along with his sub-contractors (electrician and plumber)! Our job was not an easy job as the ceiling height in the crawl space was only 20" high. Removing the moisture and organic growth in the crawl space was our number one concern and they took care of this problem to above our expectations. The experience working with Jim at Crawl Space Solutions was one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with a contractor. I would highly recommend James D'Amico and his company!”

“We were referred to Restoration 1 for remediation of water damage following a broken faucet flooding our home. We could not have been happier with the speed with which they arrived, their professionalism, thoroughness, and, most importantly to us, the extraordinary efforts they went to to protect our home. I wholeheartedly believe that their efforts resulted in us saving elements of our home that most companies would have just demolished and ultimately saving us and our insurance providers money. Our project took five days to address, Restoration 1 were accommodating, timely, considerate, and professional. Even our dog loved them. They helped make what is a miserable experience as easy to deal with as possible. Great job!”

“After spending a couple months in our new house covered with mosquitoe bites from our backyard, pool and outdoor kitchen, we decided to call SWAT and shortly afterwards installed the SWAT system. What a huge difference the system made in the decrease of mosquitoes in our yard and also in the enjoyment of our outdoor space.
