“When i decided to sell our family home, I went directly to Kim Wells. Since I was in uncharted territory I needed someone to walk me through the process. Boy did she! She offered suggestions of things I could do to bring the best return. We worked hard to prep the house. Kim came over whenever she had a spare moment and even helped us paint! When we had done everything we could, in she came. With truckloads of everything from sofas and beds, to pillows and curtains, she transformed the house. My humble house became a showplace! She brought in a professional photographer to take pictures. I couldn't believe my eyes. The following weekend, together we launched a Mega-Open-House. Signs on every corner within a square mile, banners and signs on the lawn, snacks and drinks for the visitors. It was incredible. She also had a few private showings. And, within 10 days, and after several offers, our house sold... over asking price! We were thrilled, to say the least. She walked me through the paperwork, explaining everything in a language I could understand, and that was that. Perfectly painless. Selling a house doesn't need to be a nightmare, if you have the right agent! I cant thank Kim Wells enough. I Highly recommend her!”

“It was such a pleasure to work with Todd Bousman! He is a true professional and the level of service he provides is clients is priceless. He really listens to what you want, and what you think you want and keeps tirelessly searching and thinking of other options you weren't think of to find you that perfect home! Being new to the So.Cal. housing market isn't easy, it's quite honestly a SHOCK to 3x as much for half the house as we were used to in the mid-west. However it truly helped to have a professional agent at your side you 100% trust to have your interests in mind, not his own. This is the third home my husband and I have purchased and I have never once felt I could recommend/ nor would use the agents again. However with Todd I would 100% recommend Todd and his team for anyone looking to buy in the OC area. If we ever sell, which I don't plan on, but I know who I would call.”

“We had an excellent experience with Luke as our realtor and would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy/sell! Not only were we first time home buyers, but we were under a time crunch as we wanted to find a home prior to having our first baby. If it wasn’t for Luke’s helpfulness, integrity and dedication, I don’t think we would have found a home in time! Luke was dedicated to helping us find our perfect home and really took the stress out of the situation. He took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had – I would seriously be in contact with him several times each day and he was always patient and willing to explain things to me! We weren’t living in the area where we were buying, but Luke took the time to go to the house and provide us with regular updates throughout the process – he took pictures for us, meet with workers, etc. to make sure everything got done before we moved in. He also has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Costa Mesa area and was able to provide us with a list of recommended vendors, good restaurants, etc. when we eventually moved in! Luke truly made us feel like we were his only client throughout the entire process. Not only is he an excellent realtor but we became friends with him and trust his opinion and expertise!”

“Doug Campbell is a consummate professional and an expert in Tustin, North Tustin, and surrounding areas. From knowing local issues such as which properties are within specific school zones, age range of neighborhoods and HOA fees, to the specialized skills of handling multiple offers, working with first-time buyers or million-dollar properties, and picking-up dropped details by less proficient realtors - Doug is respectful, thoughtful, and extremely good at his vocation. He doesn’t ‘do’ real-estate as a hobby or second career…I think he chose his profession because he likes helping people with their property needs. Here’s why I feel this way: My husband and I met Doug while driving around various neighborhoods looking for open houses. We already had a realtor but she wasn't finding properties for us to view because she said there weren't any we "could afford." We were very discouraged. The home Doug was showing was definitely beyond our means, but we thought we'd play lookie-loo anyway. Doug started asking questions about our needs, wants, and price range. I didn't think he could actually help us because nothing in Tustin seemed to be within our reach, but we gave him our contact info. Within a week Doug was showing us properties in the school zone we wanted, securing financing for pre-qualification, and making viable offers on homes. We got outbid by others on our first two offers, and I thought Doug would give up on us, but he didn’t. On the third offer, once again we were outbid, which is when Doug initiated counter-offer negotiations. He stressed that we were a family looking to raise our child, versus an investor with cash looking to flip the house. The seller empathized with us (even with financing), and the house became our home. After we had moved in, we discovered that Doug usually represents million-dollar properties. We were peanuts in comparison (buying a starter home), yet we never knew about the price range of his clientele because Doug interacted with us as if we were his most important customers. He was gracious, treated us with amazing respect, addressed all our needs with sensitivity, and skillfully led us through every requirement while avoiding any pitfalls. We know if we had stayed with the ‘other’ realtor, we never would have gotten our home. I highly recommend Doug Campbell to anyone seeking to buy or sell in this area, now or in the future. When we eventually sell to move somewhere new, we will absolutely be going through Doug.”

“My wife and I interviewed a few different real estate agents on the West side before deciding to go with Amir. We commissioned Amir and his team at Berkshire Hathaway to sell our investment property at Irvine a few months ago. They had a very good marketing plan and suggested some good ideas for light remodeling and refreshing up the property before showing. The property attracted over 100 views on the very first week of listing and had 7 offers. We followed Amir's advice and picked the strongest offer and we sold the property within 30 days. During the closing there were a few things that need to be addressed and they handled them really well. We strongly recommend Amir Vahdat and his team and would definitely use them on our future real estate transactions.”
