“Building with Gary has been absolutely fantastic! He is responsive, pays great attention to all details (big and small), cares about the end product, and takes great pride in his work. When we found our new home it was at sheet rock. Despite having all the plans finalized, Gary was willing to work with us to add a number of upgrades to the home at a reasonable price. Additionally, Gary worked hard to identify any potential issues and to solve them before they became project delaying issues. For example, we had a potentially devastating issue with the driveway subs that could have caused major delays in the project. However, by the time we got to the meeting to discuss next steps, Gary had already found and scheduled a new sub-contractor for the very next day! As a result of Gary's efforts, I never had to worry about slight hiccups or delays in the building process because I was confident that Gary would take care of it. Gary also cares about the end product and goes above and beyond to make sure every little detail is perfect. For example, Gary had the air return painted black and covered with cedar because it looked ugly plain. I should note that the air return is in a closet and isn't seen on a day-to-day basis, but it is one of the many details that I show to all my friends when they come over. These are the kinds of details that one might not expect from a builder and as a result, we have a truly wonderful home. Finally, Gary cares more about working with people to create unique, livable spaces than he does about making money. This is a welcome relief from the typical building experience and makes each interaction with him much more enjoyable. Thank you Gary for building us an amazing home! I would definitely work with Gary on future projects. However, we love our new home so much that we will be staying put for many years!”

“Jonathan is a wonderful human being and really helped out my family during a tough situation this past year. I’ve spoken with several other companies and buyers over the years plus getting a bunch of letters in the mail but Jonathan was the most human, kind and willing to work with me out of everyone. I needed to sell my house fast and we were going through an extremely tough financial situation that forced us to have to let go of our 20 year residence.
