“My husband and I recently moved to the Hudson area and amongst all the commotion of starting new jobs and moving, we reached out to Nanci through a referral from a friend. We began our search for a future home out of town and Nanci helped us narrow down our search through listening to our list of wishes over the phone and then setting us up with an online searching tool. We had one weekend set aside to look for a home and we were able to look at every house on our wish list! We felt comfortable with Nanci from the very beginning. She is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Our first home happened to be a short sale, but with Nanci's help, the process went smoothly and quickly. She prepared all of our documents electronically so we could move forward in the process even when we were packing up states away.
