“David worked with us in locating a home to meet our needs when we moved to the Chicago suburbs. He was very professional, but was also very personable. He spent the time helping us know what to look for in finding a house to make a home. He constantly communicated throughout the process of buying our house. We were so confident in his abilities, we made an offer from David going through the house before we stepped foot in the house. When it came time to need to sell our home, there was no question who to ask. David helped us know how to prepare our house to sell quickly and gave great decorating tips. When our home was listed, we were thankful to have an outcome that was successful. We had twelve showings and three offers within five days!
