“Ron Aiosa from Coldwell Bankers has been a true asset to the sale of our home. After working with another realtor for over a year, we decided to work with a company that we felt was well connected in Northern NJ and the Metro area. Upon meeting with him and his partner Bill Boswell, we knew we stumbled on the right pair to sell our home. They were detailed in their presentation on how they would market our home, providing us with expected results in a timely manner, and eventually we recieved a contract on our home within 2 months. The way they marketed our home surprised us as they thought outside the box and we were surprised that their reach extended to brokers and realtors in Somerset and Bergen Counties. They hosted 2 large events for our home to introduce it to the market and both had a successful turn out.
