“My wife and I worked with Luciano to purchase our first home. We were in a bind, as our landlord had just given us notice that we had to vacate our apartment within 90 days - and with our newborn son. We hadn't plan to buy a home for several more months but figured it was best to jump in sooner. Luciano met with us on a Saturday, showed us just six homes, including one or two we hadn't considered in our online search. We wound up making an offer on one of he ones he added late in the day and within 36 hours we had an accepted offer. It went smooth because Luciano understood the situation we were in and the one the sellers were in. He knew what type of initial offer we needed to make and what our second had to be. As a result we got our house just below our targeted price. I don't hesitate to recommend Luciano. He's patient and even took calls to answer our questions while he was on vacation. He certainly doesn't push his clients in a direction they aren't already comfortable in going. He may be new to real estate compared to some of his older colleagues but he handled our transaction like a pro and helped us get a great house.”

“Results, experience, resources, and teamwork: That’s what you get from Peggy Dowcett and the Senkler Team! “So as a first-time homebuyer, I really didn't know what to expect from the whole process. I went to a bunch of open houses and met a bunch of realtors and learned pretty quickly how greeeeezy they can be (I had them pegged right along with meter maids and lawyers)...then I met Paul. My first encounter with him was at a waterfront property in East Boston and his frank and open approach won me over immediately. My thing was that I wanted to search for "unique" properties; conversions, lofts, one-of-a-kinds, and as it turned out, that's Paul's specialty. Paul immediately had me looking for places that were in my budget and definitely like things I have never seen before. He wasn't happy until I was happy. One of the great things I founds was that Paul "just gets it". He is a down to earth guy who is from the area and knows all of the neighborhoods and cities in Boston and where and what to look for. I work in healthcare so I am always keeping up to date with the most current industry news-Paul is the same way. He knows what is being developed and what is coming on the market as well as where to avoid. As I write this review, I am sitting my own EXTREMELY unique loft, and frankly, it is all thanks to Paul. I am grateful for his attention to detail, his humor and personality, and most importantly, his dedication to customer service and satisfaction. I would recommend him without reservation.”
