“As both a buyer and seller of several houses over the years, I have extremely high expectations for any real estate agent I hire. Steve Anzulewicz consistently exceeded my high expectations as both a seller’s and buyer’s agent. I employed Steve to sell my home just as the 2007 recession burst the housing bubble. Through his deep knowledge of the market, Steve provided the much-needed guidance on what home improvements/repairs would obtain the best ROI in order to sell my home. He also staged my house to enhance its appeal to prospective buyers. Thanks to Steve’s expertise, I sold my home at a good price in a timely fashion despite the rapidly declining housing market. I relocated back to Wilmington, DE in 2017, and as my buyer’s agent, Steve continued to exceed all my expectations. I did not have a lot of time to find a house. Home inventories were so low, that most houses in my price range and preferred locations were sold the day they went on the market.
