Not only between companies, but even within the same office - it just depends on how well you haggle. We don't think this is fair. So we have a completely transparent approach to fees. At Brickworks, everyone pays 1%. More than just agents: Our small team comes from diverse backgrounds: estate agency, property development and interior design; fine art, teaching and law. This variety brings fresh perspective and expertise to the industry, but we are still packed full of agency experience. Always there: Moving home doesn’t fit into office hours, so we are available for our clients seven days a week - whenever you need us. People not postcodes: We only ever sell in areas that we know and care about. But, unlike traditional agents, we aren’t restricted by geographical boundaries.
