About Us

Warwick Accommodation (the commercial arm of the University of Warwick) is a letting agency. As well as providing our own on-campus residences, we will lease student accommodation property for an initial period of 12 months from Landlords and then sub-let to our students and university staff for a set period. We will guarantee the monthly payment of rent and guarantee vacant possession at the end of the tenancy. The advantages of placing your property with Warwick Accommodation on the fully managed scheme are: -Twelve month contract with guaranteed payment of rent. -Your own dedicated Property Manager. -Guaranteed vacant possession at end of tenancy. -We deal directly with the tenants... so you don’t have to! Terms: -Fee - Warwick Accommodation will assess the rent and give an individual quote to the Landlord of a guaranteed monthly payment. -Head Tenancy Agreement between the Landlord and Warwick Accommodation. -Sub-Letting Agreement between Warwick Accommodation and the tenants. -Guaranteed payment of rent. -Contract period with Warwick Accommodation, one year in the first instance. By mutual agreement, up to three years thereafter.
